A mutter so soft

An arm wraps around me
And pulls me near
As sleep claims me
I curl closer to his chest
Contentment wells
And explodes in my breast

I'm jostled awake
A few hours later
By the poking and prodding

He bids me good morning
And gives me a slow smile
Before asking for breakfast
But I wait awhile
I watch him play his games
For a few minutes more
Before stretching and
Walking out the bedroom door

As I work in the kitchen
He comes up behind
Scares me a little
But I really don't mind

My earliest memory
Slices deeply in my brain
A tarnished reverie
Playing Monopoly by moonlight
And going to soccer practice by day
Those Words I long to hear again

Echo in my empty mind and broken heart

Cuts deeper into my heart
It will not let me be

So I'm on the verge of losing my house, my little sister hates me, my mother wants absolutely nothing to do with me and I just can't seem to sleep peacefully.

BUT! My boyfriend still loves me, my panic attacks seem to have lessened and I don't have ANY last minute Christmas shopping. TAKE THAT BIG BUISSNESS! YOU CAN'T RAISE THE PRICES ON ME LAST MINUTE THIS YEAR! BWHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!!
